When tested in accordance to AS 1530.3, PRIMA Ceramic Tile Underlay  achieved the following indices:-

Smoke Developed Index	0

PRIMA Ceramic Tile Underlay  is deemed non-combustible in accordance with the Building Code of Australia. 

Durability
In the opinion of CSIRO Appraisals,PRIMA Ceramic Tile Underlay  when properly maintained are expected to have a serviceable life in excess of 50 years.
